To get out of my comfort zone before it’s too late and to challenge myself and those around me. |

It doesn’t matter how fast you go if you’re running in the wrong direction. Always find time to calibrate your destination. |
| What are you most proud of?
I haven’t missed my most important milestones and I still can get a good night’s sleep. |
| What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I’m just an ordinary man. |
| What have you always wanted to try, but have never found the time to actually do it?
I’m quite fond of various extreme challenges. Still haven’t jumped with a parachute, though. |
| What is your current challenge or goal?
Since I recently changed my position at LMT, my current challenge is to improve sales and customer service processes for a better customer experience. |
| What are your hobbies or activities to relax?
I usually try to find some activities outdoors. Two of my favorite activities are cycling and hiking. |
| How do you push through your worst times?
I tend to find something good in every situation. Optimism usually helps. |
