While pursuing his bachelor’s degree, Kārlis was active in the PR Division of Riga Business School’s Student Union. His peers describe him as enthusiastic and fully committed to self-improvement, with exceptional leadership and managerial abilities, they also emphasize his in-depth knowledge of marketing processes and visual identities. Currently, he helps teams define and validate ideas using a design sprint approach that is based on design thinking principles. As a trainer, he does design thinking training and seminars for public and private organizations.
