What are your success habits?

Discipline is the bridge that connects your dreams and reality. Self-discipline liberates you.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

Have courage, and be kind!

What are you most proud of?

The publication of my first book. We co-authored “Personal and Career Development,” a workbook on self-leadership, with Claudio Rivera.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?

Every Tuesday night, I make tacos. #tacotuesday

What have you always wanted to try, but have never found the time to actually do it?

Learning to play the piano.

What is your current challenge or goal?

My personal body and brain energy management. If you want to achieve more and give more to others, you must first take good care of yourself.

What are your hobbies or activities to relax?

Depending on whether I need to relax my body or my mind, I take long walks, color in my coloring book, laugh with friends and family, do crafts, and go dancing.

How do you push through your worst times?

Focus on what you can influence and power through. I allow myself to feel whatever it is that I need to get over, and then draw up a plan of action with small steps to keep pushing forward.

What books do you read currently and which would you suggest to us?

My current read: What You Do Is Who You Are: How to Create Your Business Culture by Ben Horowitz. Another good one is Just Enough: Tools for Creating Success in Your Work and Life by Laura Nash and Howard Stevenson.

What mobile apps do you use in your everyday life and would suggest them to us?

Rimi app. This is not sponsored. I recommend doing your grocery shopping online. It saves a lot of time and energy. It does require some meal planning, but once you get into the habit, it makes everyday life much easier.
